Kris was an outstanding day-of-wedding coordinator! She did everything that needed to be done to make sure the day of our wedding went as smoothly as possible. We had several zoom meetings leading up to the wedding where we discussed the flow of events and she made sure that all of the vendors were aligned and prepared the day of. But for a lot of reasons, we fast-tracked it to July 30, 2022. Nick and I were so impressed with Kris's enthusiasm, novel ideas, and connections to all of the services that we needed (our wedding and reception were in our backyard). Also very important was that she was always mindful of our budget and gave us alternatives at each step. Not to mention that we started out estimating a max of 30 people and ended up with 70. Nothing fazed her. The Friday dinner, all day of the wedding, and the Sunday brunch were perfect - and Kris was there the whole way - organizing, trying to keep the wedding party in line (not easy at times), and keeping to our timelines. It was a magical weekend that couldn't have happened without her guidance. We have no hesitation in recommending her!

Kris Glover-Rasimas is a fantastic day-of wedding coordinator! She met with us at our venue a few weeks before the wedding to help us finalize some details, and helped out a lot with our understanding of the overall flow of the event. We had such an incredible experience working with with Kris for our pre-wedding rehearsal event! We were so lucky to find her 2 weeks before the event and she did an amazing job! From start to finish she was very responsive and prompt, organized, had all hands on deck with every task needed to be complete, was very creative, and was so kind! As a DIY bride, several months before our wedding, I became completely overwhelmed thinking about how I was going to pull everything off. Then, I found Kris. She immediately organized all of our vendors and timelines. She helped us to map out our venue, and she kept everything moving along in a professional manner. Her communication was exceptional.

I was looking for a "Day Of Wedding Planner" to help alleviate the stress I anticipated on the wedding day. I wanted to make sure that I was not overwhelmed with decisions and had a point of contact person that can answer for me - and Kris did just that and more! Kris was incredible, I booked her months before my wedding and she was very quick to respond. We had a couple of phone check-ins to talk about what I liked or didn't like. She was friendly and approachable and never made me feel overwhelmed. Although I booked her as a "day of planner" she took over as soon as my wedding month came! She helped me with my vendors by verifying their contracts, made sure she got everyone's insurances/paperwork in order so I didn't have to. I loved this because I definitely had decision fatigue at this point. So having her help me allowed me to enjoy the last month of the wedding planning process. Kris was also there for my dress rehearsal; I had a huge bridal party (20+) -- and I could not thank her enough for coming to my rescue, with her unlimited patience and readiness. She's basically a mind reader because she knew exactly what I felt/needed with just one look!! The day of the wedding, everyone was raving about her. She not only helped me out, but also everyone in our bridal party. She took care of EVERYONE with a smile on her face. My mom and maid of honor also could not stop talking about how amazing she is at her job. Kris went above and beyond towards making sure I had the most perfect stress free day. Definitely recommend 1000000000/10!!!

Kris was our coordinator but also did day of decor set up and break down. She was fantastic and even received compliments from my photographer on how great she was. It was raining all day leading up to our wedding and she was able to make a lot of decisions on set up that would be best for rain even purchasing a tent needed for the DJ 2 days before our wedding, since we found out our venue didn’t have enough. She also reorganized the decor once the rain had stopped and set up our sweetheart table post ceremony beautifully. My vision definitely came to life thanks to Kris and she took the stress off me.

TLDR: An attention to detail and indomitable spirit to make your wedding day feel like it's in the best of hands! Kris stepped in at the last minute to help me out and I couldn't have picked a better person to take over. The Deets: I finally reached out to Kris about a month before my wedding and I was just a total wreck. There were too many moving parts, too many emails, too many things to follow up on and just NO time between work and life to handle it all. Kris calmly talked me through things to figure out where I was at, what my vision was and what was left to do. I really would not have gotten through that last month, or even the day of, without her. She took over setup of my DIY photo booth and this balcony space I just didn't know what to do with. Kris made that space and photo booth such an oasis, just what I wanted! Her inventory of props and creative experience created such a fun glow-up and relieved such a big burden from my shoulders. Kris is organized, communicative and just so much fun to talk to. She took charge of my vendors and communicated with my venue seamlessly. She worked hand-in-hand with the venue coordinator on such short notice and I really, really can't thank her enough. I originally wasn't planning on hiring a wedding coordinator, however a lot of our decor was DIY and I decided it would be easiest to hire someone to help set it all up. Most venues have coordinators, but their interests are aligned with the venue, not the bride. We decided to hire Kris for her month-of coordinating, but she helped before that point as well. After my first meeting with Kris I knew I had made the right choice. She not only was on board with helping to set up my decor, she also provided a lot of tips and guidance along the way. Her digital resources are super helpful! It was great to have someone completely in my corner to help guide (and calm!) me along the way. She even helped with a cake-dilemma, stepping in to provide decor at the last minute. When it came to the actual day, it was so nice to not have to worry about a thing. When I did eventually see the set-up everything was perfect! If you need someone to help guide you a little (or a lot!), help with decor, keep your vendors on track, and organize your day I can't recommend Kris enough!
